Simform built a centralized operational workflow platform on Databricks with automated pipelines to unify data processing, automate user eligibility evaluation, and streamline task notification workflows.

Centralized operational data processing

Built an automated data pipeline on Databricks to ingest, organize, and process operational data from APIs, files, and existing platform tables and datasets.

Structured lakehouse data layers

Project, user, payment, skill, and quality score data from TryRating API and Azure Data Lake Storage was organized into structured lakehouse layers for easier downstream use.

Rule-based eligibility evaluation engine

Implemented a rule-based eligibility engine to evaluate user eligibility based on skill matching, locale alignment, project thresholds, user activity checks, and time-zone rules.

Automated notification workflows

Integrated the pipeline with SendGrid to automate personalized task notifications while maintaining workflow logs and historical records for auditability.
