RosterHUB is a sports technology platform designed to help high-school Athletic Directors and coaches manage seasonal sports camps through a centralized system. The platform brings together camp setup, registrations, payments, rosters, communications, transfers, refunds, and reporting, while giving parents and students visibility into their registrations and camp activity.

RosterHUB's business depends on high school athletic programs trusting it to run camp seasons that last only two to six weeks a year. Each school it added brought more records, payments, and families than RosterHUB's existing setup was built to handle.
Rosters, financial records, and participant data for RosterHUB's programs sat in Jumbula, a third-party camp tool. RosterHUB had no control over how registration, reporting, or family outreach worked for its schools, and every camp run through that tool deepened its dependence on a platform it did not own.
The early prototype was mostly placeholder screens and could not give each school its own branding, fees, and access rules. Under Admin as a Service, RosterHUB's team did the athletic director's work itself and handled every refund, transfer, and failed payment escalation, so growth meant more manual work.
RosterHUB needed the platform live in about four months, while payment tiers and refund rules were still being settled in discovery. Every requirement that firmed up late put finished features at risk of rework, and missing the registration window would have cost RosterHUB a full season with its schools.
Simform built RosterHUB its own multi-tenant camp platform on Azure, ReactJS, Node.js, and Stripe, with dedicated workspaces for the RosterHUB operator, athletic directors, head coaches, and families. Each school runs as its own tenant with configurable branding, fees, and access rules. Simform delivered the platform through a production engineering workflow powered by Claude Code, with Simform’s engineers owning every requirement decision and final engineering call.
Simform used a custom Claude command to compare user stories with Figma screens and flag requirement gaps or ambiguities. Developers worked through the findings with Claude and escalated anything still unclear to RosterHUB for confirmation before development began.
Simform used Claude Code across frontend and backend repositories in one feature session, creating a shared plan for files, APIs, data flow, and dependencies. Developers then implemented backend first, reviewed each side, and completed end-to-end testing.
We used Claude to check each change request against the existing implementation and identify the completed features it would affect. Simform then walked RosterHUB through that impact up front, keeping evolving features from derailing the launch.
Our QA team used Claude to review code for missing validations and edge cases, then selected the stable scenarios for Claude to automate. Simform ran the suite on every release, cutting a full regression pass from 30 to 34 hours to 3 to 4.
Simform embedded Claude across the SDLC to compress delivery timelines and accelerate engineering productivity, giving the business a faster go-to-market path and a proprietary platform that stays ready for each new camp season as programs expand.
Simform established the core product experience through 3–4 Figma designs, then used Claude Design to extend those patterns across the broader application, reducing repetitive design and frontend effort.
Work estimated at roughly 400 hours was completed in about 100 hours with Claude Code supporting development, code review, and bug fixing, freeing engineering capacity for higher-value product work.
Simform’s QA approach, augmented by Claude-assisted automation, reduced regression testing from 30–34 hours to 3–4 hours, shortening validation cycles and helping the team release changes faster.
