I lead two critical departments at Simform: QA Testing and Information Security. What I really came to understand with the role is that it's not just about overseeing projects; it's about creating a culture of shared dedication, expertise, and innovation within teams.

One experience that perfectly captures this spirit at Simform is when we had a major software release for a fintech client. The project demanded rigorous testing to ensure compliance and iron-clad security to protect sensitive data. Despite the complexity and scale, we pulled it off with teamwork, bouncing ideas off each other with a laser focus on detail.

I joined Simform in 2020 as a TPM, and the COVID-19 pandemic hit us. I was amazed at how the organization was ready and proactive in facing the situation. We were ready to go fully remote even before the lockdown was announced. This showed how Simform’s practices are truly agile and how visionary the management is.

Starting as a UI/UX designer, Maitrik's guidance was invaluable. Later, I moved to the frontend department as a team manager, where Hiren offered constant support. Simform has helped both my professional and personal development.

I have worked at 3 other organizations before, but Simform stands out with its management style. Anyone can connect with management, and they actively listen to everyone's feedback and suggestions. Other things I love about working here are the flexible timings, affordable lunch service, and the hybrid work culture.

I have had a very rewarding professional journey at Simform. I began my career here as a Tech Lead, but the company's commitment to growth opened a door for me to step into a team management role, which was something I wanted. Now, I get to keep learning new tech while leading a fantastic team, seeing them develop their skills alongside me.

I experienced this firsthand when I was involved in building a data pipeline for a client in the hospitality industry. The project involved integrating complex features with tight deadlines. But senior developers provided invaluable mentorship, guiding me through technical challenges and best practices. The entire team environment was super collaborative, with open communication.

Fresh out of college in 2012, I desired to do some exceptional work in the IT industry. Simform's management has been instrumental in helping me achieve that goal, backing me to pursue what was needed to achieve it. Eventually, I got back to back on challenging projects with a great, supportive team and many opportunities to showcase my skills. This is what motivates me to work with Simform.

A most memorable experience is when we built a location-based survey app to gather immediate service feedback. Imagine leaving a restaurant and receiving a notification to rate your experience right then. Our initial system triggered surveys upon exiting with 98% accuracy. But Simform assigned a BLE expert to collaborate, and together, we achieved 100% accuracy! We covered so many edge cases after that and this resulted in a rock-solid solution for our client.

I have had the privilege of being a part of Simform since 2010, and I can confidently say that my journey here has been nothing short of exceptional. Throughout my tenure, I have had the opportunity to work on diverse projects that have challenged me and allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.
